“Grateful, Creative, Sharing – 30 Years of Metland Coloring the Nation 1994-2024” is a book that chronicles the 30-year journey of the developer company Metropolitan Land — which, after a name and logo change in 2010 and becoming a listed company in 2011, became PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (MTLA). Over three decades, Metland has proven itself to be a highly committed developer providing quality products. During its 30-year journey, Metland has successfully become one of the best property companies in the Asia-Pacific region according to Forbes magazine. Metland was also included in Forbes Indonesia magazine’s list of the 50 best companies in Indonesia in 2013, 2015, 2016, 2018, and 2020. This achievement marks a historic milestone in Metland’s development, which also has a land bank of 1,236 hectares. This is concrete evidence of Metland’s commitment to facing the future with confidence.
